Applicatnts may receive one free synthetic wig from American Cancer Society or choose to pay factory cost on the wig of your choice.
Applying for a wig is easy
1. You must be under the age of 18.
2. You must be diagnosed with a medical condition causing hair loss.
3. Fill out the applciation and send it to us via fax, email or mail.
